The State Securities Commission on Thursday introduced a draft circular
to replace an older one on the guidelines of securities trading to
collect opinions from market participants.
On the HCM City Stock Exchange this morning the VN-Index rose 0.56 per
cent to 509.40 points, while the VN30 Index added 0.3 per cent to reach
564.10 points.
